03Cookies in the CXVoice platform
Business accounts. When you sign in to CXVoice, we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, protect your account and forms from cross-site request forgery, and balance traffic across our servers. We may also remember preferences such as your language or the location you last viewed.
Surveys. When a customer opens a CXVoice survey, we may use strictly necessary cookies or browser storage to keep the survey working while it is being completed, remember the chosen language, and help prevent spam or duplicate submissions. Surveys do not use advertising cookies.
04Third-party websites and services
Some links on our website and in the platform take you to other services, such as our contact form, Google, or Google Business Profile when a business connects its account. These services may set their own cookies, which are governed by their own cookie and privacy policies. We do not control those cookies.
